A barrier has been cleared to begin negotiations between Iran and the United States on the nuclear deal. UN inspectors have announced that they have agreed with Iran that Iran will return to the negotiating table. These talks will be to find out the truth of his previous declarations about Iran's nuclear centers.

But in the meantime, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has gone to the extent of indirectly targeting US President Joe Biden to show his intention to revive the Iran nuclear deal. He said in a speech among his supporters- 'I am willing to stand against the whole world to stop this (nuclear deal)'.

Analysts have said that this is clearly a change in Netanyahu's tone and it is significant. Pointing to the change of power in America, Netanyahu said - the international situation has changed. Now the intention of returning to this dangerous agreement is being expressed. I am the only person who will always stand against the whole world in this matter.

Political analysts in Israel have said that through this statement, Netanyahu gave a special political message to the people of America as well as the people of Israel. There is an election atmosphere in Israel. Netanyahu, meanwhile, has indicated a strict stance on the issue of national security. He said- 'I will not hesitate to take any action against whatever threat will arise for our country.' Analysts have said that even if it is an electoral jumla, it can make it difficult for the Biden administration to take any positive steps in Iran's case.

Meanwhile, an agreement between the United Nations-related International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and Iran was reached late on Thursday. IAEA Director General Rafael Grosi said that until now Iran was refusing to respond to IAEA inspectors' questions. But now both sides will have direct talks on technical questions. These talks will start in April. Iran had earlier refused to participate in the proposed negotiations by the European Union (EU) on the question of re-implementing the nuclear deal. The EU then announced a proposal for a condemnation against Iran at the IAEA board meeting. But after the latest agreement, the EU has decided not to bring these proposals.

This is being seen as a positive development. Iran said that if the proposal of censure was brought, it would give up all forms of cooperation with the IAEA. Meanwhile, French President Emmanuel Macron had threatened that the nuclear deal would fail if Iran did not show a clear positive stand on its part. Now the EU has said that since Iran has agreed to give information to the IAEA, it will give diplomacy a chance rather than bring a condemnation proposal.

On the other hand, Iran's Foreign Ministry has said that the latest developments can lead to the path of diplomacy, which has been started by Iran and the IAEA. Iran's Ambassador to the IAEA, Qazim Gharibabadi, has said - "Strong diplomatic discussions have created an expectation to avert needless tensions."

The main reason for the latest controversy in Iran's view is that the US is not ready to remove the restrictions on it. That is why some IAEA inspectors were banned last month. But now diplomatic possibilities are open once again. Experts say that if America gives some positive message on its behalf, the possibility of reviving the nuclear deal can be strengthened further.
